“Taylor is an absolute powerhouse.”

“I had the privilege of working closely with Taylor for eight years across multiple cross-functional teams. Together, we coordinated customer communications, shaped and executed strategies for managing customer feedback, collaborated on dozens of marketing campaigns infused with real customer insights, and improved the feedback loop through AI, SOPs, and thoughtful process design.

Taylor is an absolute powerhouse. Anything she focuses on grows and succeeds. She’s intentional, strategic, and deeply passionate about her work. Above all, she’s an inspiring leader who elevates every team she’s part of. I’m lucky to have worked with her and am better for it!”

This section describes how I know the reviewer, how long we’ve worked together, and what version(s) of my career they’ve intersected with — the contextual release notes of our collaboration.

  • Relationship: Amanda and I were peers at GiveWP, where she joined just before I did. We grew together through every stage of the company — from early-stage startup to Liquid Web’s acquisition, and eventually through the StellarWP era under One Equity Partners. Our paths stayed aligned across multiple product teams until the 2025 restructure that closed the LearnDash chapter for both of us.
  • Length: We worked together for eight years across three organizations and countless projects.
  • Taylor Versions: We collaborated through nearly every major iteration of my career: from marketing and customer success at GiveWP, to shared leadership roles across StellarWP brands, and later, into product management at LearnDash. What started as parallel growth turned into complementary strengths — rebuilding a legacy product’s reputation and restoring customer trust through unified product-and-support strategy.
  • Focus: Our most impactful work centered on internal AI enablement and operations optimization — bridging customer voice, support insight, and technical automation into a single system of continuous improvement. That focus came naturally; Amanda and I “grew up” together in the GiveWP family, where we learned early on that listening to customers wasn’t just support work — it was product strategy.
